This study aims to analyze the evaluation of human resource (HR) situations as an important process in identifying the strengths and challenges that exist within the organization. The case study studied is Frisian Flag Company. Two respondents participated in this training utilizing purposive sampling and qualitative research approaches. Based on the results and discussion above, it can be concluded that human resource (HR) situation evaluation is an important process in identifying the strengths and challenges that exist within an organization. By utilizing analytical approaches such as SWOT, organizations can understand HR development needs to improve competitiveness and adaptability to changes in technology, labor markets, and global dynamics. Skills-based training, leadership development, performance management, and change management are some effective methods to improve individual and organizational capacity.

The Influence of Brand Awareness on Purchasing Decisions of NU Berkah Drinking Water Products

With a focus on the NU Berkah brand, the study's goal was to investigate how brand awareness influences consumers' decisions to buy bottled drinking water products. This study's research method is quantitative. The sampling process made use of purposeful sampling. There were 99 responders in all to this survey. Respondents were men and women in Indonesia between the ages of 17 and 57 who consume water in bottles bearing the NU Berkah brand. To gather primary data, the data source used Google Forms to send questionnaires. highly disagree, disagree, agree, and highly agree were the response criteria for closed-ended questions in this study. Partial Least Squares was the data analysis technique employed with the SmartPLS tool version 4.1.0.0. The study's conclusions show that customer decisions to buy are positively and significantly impacted by brand awareness.

Implementation Of Orientation Activities For Village Heads and Staff In Bogor District

The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of orientation activities for village heads and their staff in Bogor Regency. The research method applied by the researcher was a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and the location of this study was conducted in Bogor Regency. Purposive sampling, became a sampling technique involving village heads and staff as respondents in this study. Based on the results of the study on the orientation of case studies of village heads and village staff in Bogor Regency, it can be concluded that good orientation is the key to improving the understanding, competence, and integrity of village leaders and staff.

This article discusses the analysis of At-Thufi's problem of livelihood as a factor in divorce. This research is included in qualitative research with data collection carried out through library research by referring to books, journals and other scientific works. Then the author uses At-Tufi's maslahah mursalah and decision no. 215/Pdt.G/2024/PA. Bjb as analysis material. The aim of this research is to analyze At-Thufi's maslahah mursalah in matters of livelihood as a factor in divorce because basically divorce should be made difficult. In the case that occurred in Decision no. 215/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Bjb The defendant or husband is lazy about working and has not provided support for his wife for two years. This means that the Defendant has neglected his obligations as a husband and the divorce should still occur because of the Defendant's behavior in neglecting his obligations. If we look at it from the perspective of maslahah, mursalah, according to at-Thufi, is the strongest argument within the scope of muamalah and adat because maṣlaḥah is not only an argument when there is no text and ijma' but must also take precedence over text and ijma' when there is a conflict between the two. Decision No. 215/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Bjb is in accordance with maslahah mursalah which aims to maintain the benefit of the Plaintiff or his wife and if it is allowed to continue, it will result in mafsadat (mudharat), namely the occurrence of continuous quarrels between the Plaintiff and the Defendant

Pertimbangan psikologis dalam penentuan hak asuh anak pasca perceraian dalam hukum keluarga Islam menjadi elemen penting untuk memastikan kesejahteraan anak secara menyeluruh. Islam menekankan bahwa hak asuh harus berorientasi pada kepentingan terbaik anak, yang mencakup kebutuhan fisik, emosional, dan spiritual. Pendekatan psikologis membantu hakim memahami dampak perceraian terhadap kondisi mental anak, seperti rasa aman, stabilitas emosional, dan keterikatan dengan orang tua. Dengan melibatkan ahli psikologi atau konselor, hakim dapat mengambil keputusan yang tidak hanya sah secara hukum tetapi juga memberikan perlindungan optimal bagi anak. Pendekatan ini sejalan dengan maqashid syariah yang bertujuan menjaga kemaslahatan individu dan masyarakat, serta mendukung pengasuhan anak dalam lingkungan yang stabil dan mendukung. Sinergi antara hukum, psikologi, dan nilai-nilai Islam sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan putusan yang adil dan menghindarkan anak dari dampak negatif perceraian.

Abstract: This study explores the political thoughts of Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) as published in the Petisi newspaper during the 1998-1999 period. The main focus is on how Gus Dur conveyed ideas about democracy, pluralism, human rights, and political transition post-New Order through mass media. Petisi played a crucial role as a platform for delivering progressive ideas during the reform era. A literature review method is employed to analyze Gus Dur's writings, including key themes such as the protection of minorities, political stability, and the separation of religion from practical politics. The research findings indicate that Gus Dur's thinking promoted a peaceful, inclusive political transition based on democratic principles. This study provides insight into the role of the media in disseminating humanist political discourse and the relevance of Gus Dur's ideas within the context of Indonesia's reform.

Simbolisme dalam Kepercayaan dan Tradisi Suku Bajo Sapeken: Tinjauan Teori Clifford Geertz

Abstract: This research explores symbolism in the beliefs and traditions of the Bajo Tribe in Sapeken, Sumenep, East Java, through Clifford Geertz's theoretical approach. As a maritime community, the Bajo Tribe has a close relationship with the sea which serves not only as a source of life but also a spiritual and cultural symbol. This study uses a library research method with descriptive analysis to understand the role of symbols such as the sea, boats and ancestors in shaping their worldview. The results show that traditional symbolism and beliefs of the Bajo Tribe have survived despite social and cultural changes. The findings highlight the Bajo's cultural adaptation without their original identity, as well as the importance of symbols in strengthening community solidarity and interaction.

Research Result: A.The responsibility of under taker of busnis in online shooping according to sharia economic law has two dimensions, namely vertical dimension and horizontal dimension, secondly dimensions can be identified as follows: the principle of tawhid, the principle of willingness, the principle of justice, the principle of honesty, the principle of freedom in the form of khiyar rights for consumers. This study aims to identify the influence of work discipline on employee performance at Al Huda Plus Elementary School. A qualitative approach was used in this study with interview methods and direct observation of a number of employees and school management. The results of the study indicate that work discipline plays a significant role in shaping employee work ethic. Several indicators such as compliance with regulations, punctuality, and responsibility for tasks have a strong correlation with improving individual and organizational performance as a whole. However, there are also internal and external obstacles that affect the implementation of work discipline, such as organizational culture and personal motivation. This study provides recommendations for SD Plus Al Huda to strengthen the discipline system through routine training, increased communication, and consistent application of rewards and punishments. Thus, it is hoped that employee performance can be more optimal in supporting the school's vision and mission.

Implementation of Off The Job Training in Asisi Senior High School Environment

Examining how training and development affects work productivity is the aim of this study. This research used the Asisi Senior High School setting as a case study. The study's methodology combines a descriptive research approach with a qualitative one. Several employees participated in this study, which used interviews as its primary data source. According to the study's findings, there are several important advantages to human resource training in educational settings. Managerial implementation in this study illustrates how training can enhance the quality of instruction by enhancing instructors' abilities and knowledge and helping them adjust to evolving curriculum, technology, and teaching methodologies.

This article discusses the tradition of betampung tawar in bridal baths in the Banjar community, South Kalimantan, with a review from the perspective of Maqasid Syariah according to Imam Al-Syatibi. Marriage is considered a sacred worship, and the Betampung Tawar tradition is one of the rituals that is preserved in Banjar culture. The research method used is literature research, with descriptive analysis of relevant literature. This study found that the tradition of betampung tawar has beneficial values that are in line with the goals of sharia, which can be categorized into three levels of needs: dharuriyat, hajiyat, and tahsiniyat. In the perspective of Maqasid Syariah, this tradition serves to preserve religion, soul, intellect, descendants, and property. With good intentions and implementation in accordance with sharia.

Abstract: The Risalah Tamyizul Haqq ila al-Bathil book by KH Hasyim Asy'ari, written in 1940, serves as a primary guide in preserving the creed of Muslims in Banten from the influence of deviant teachings. This study employs a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach to analyze the content of the book, the socio-historical context (historical approach) of Banten during the colonial period, and the religious challenges faced by Muslims. The findings reveal that the book provides strong theological arguments based on the Qur'an and Hadith to distinguish between true and deviant teachings. Furthermore, the book plays a significant role in strengthening the spiritual foundation of the community and building social resilience against colonial pressures and modernization. Through this book, KH Hasyim Asy'ari not only safeguarded the creed of Muslims from deviant teachings but also reinforced the religious identity of the Banten community. His intellectual and spiritual legacy remains relevant in addressing contemporary religious challenges.:

The purpose of this study is to identify Off the Job and On The Job Training methods and their implementation in Human Resource Planning and Development with a case study of Multi Solusi Toolsindo Company. Qualitative descriptive is used in this study. Using primary data with interview methods, involving employees working at PT Multi Solusi Toolsindo. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Off The Job and On The Job Training can improve employee performance in terms of adjusting to digitalization needs, increasing technological competence, productivity showing a better direction, increasing operational efficiency and increasing adaptability. Managerial implementation in this study is that companies need to be adaptive in providing training to both old and new employees. This aims for employees to gain insight that is in accordance with the working conditions they are carrying out. So that errors that occur can be minimized and prevent losses for the company.

The research method used is sharia economic law research method that adopts Qualitative Research, Covering data sources, both primary and secondary data, data collection techniques namely observation, interview, and documentation, data analysis techniques namely data reductions, display data, verification. Checking the validity of the data, and the stages of research. All of this researchers use, to obtain the results of the study. Research Results ; A. In the transaction of buying and selling between developers (developers) and farmers (landowners) has been in accordance with sharia economic law seen from the terms and pillars have been fulfilled. In the transaction there are several processes including: the first begins with negotiations, the second the occurrence of an agreement, the third payment, and finally the correspondence (ownership letter). B. Transaction of housing purchase in PT. Jasmine Prima Property contract used in the sale and purchase transaction is a parallel istishna' agreement. It can be known that there are three parties involved in it, namely consumers, home makers (developers) and banks providing funds.
