It highlights the dominance of neuroscientific approaches, which often simplify human behavior into biological processes, and the limitations this creates in explaining the social, cultural, and historical dimensions of human life. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing critical literature review and comparative analysis of studies from both neuroscience and social sciences to examine their respective contributions and limitations. The article emphasizes the importance of an interdisciplinary approach that combines the strengths of neuroscience with the contextual insights provided by social sciences. Through a critical analysis of how both disciplines interact, this article argues for the necessity of integrating these perspectives to achieve a more comprehensive understanding of human behavior. The conclusion underscores that while neuroscience offers valuable insights into the biological mechanisms of behavior, social sciences remain essential in addressing the broader, more complex dimensions of human existence, and that interdisciplinary collaboration is key to bridging epistemological gaps.
Diyanatil Azkiya Copyright (c) 2025 Multidisipliner Knowledge https://e-journal.stai-almaliki.ac.id/index.php/mk/article/view/234 Sat, 11 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Evaluation Situation Source Power Humans Understand Powers And Challenges https://e-journal.stai-almaliki.ac.id/index.php/mk/article/view/133
This study aims to analyze the evaluation of human resource (HR) situations as an important process in identifying the strengths and challenges that exist within the organization.
Muhammad Semman Copyright (c) 2025 Multidisipliner Knowledge https://e-journal.stai-almaliki.ac.id/index.php/mk/article/view/210 Sat, 11 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Melacak Pikiran Politik Gusdur Dalam Koran Petisi Tahun 1998-1999 https://e-journal.stai-almaliki.ac.id/index.php/mk/article/view/213
Abstract: This study explores the political thoughts of Abdurrahman Wahid (Gus Dur) as published in the Petisi newspaper during the 1998-1999 period.
