Penyuluhan Hukum Keluarga Islam tentang Iddah: Menyelaraskan Tradisi dan Hukum Islam

Desa Wonosuko kecamatan Tamanan kabuoaten Bondowoso merupakan salah satu desa yang masih sangat kental dengan tradisi lokal, sehingga dalam penerapan masalah iddah masih mengikuti kebiasaan atau tradisi yang tidak semuanya sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum Islam. Penyuluhan hukum keluarga Islam tentang iddah yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Syariah Nurul Qarnain Jember ini memiliki tujuan agar kesenjangan pemahaman masyarakat antara hukum Islam dan tradisi lokal dalam penerapan Iddah dapat teratasi, sehingga pemahaman masyarakat tentang iddah menjadi benar sesuai tuntunan hukum Islam. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan semua elemen masyarakat, mulai dari persiapan, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penyuluhan tentang iddah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat yang signifikan terhadap ketentuan hukum Islam tentang Iddah, selain itu penyuluhan tersebut juga mengupayakan adanya penyelarasan antara hukum Islam dan tradisi lokal dengan mengadakan dialog interaktif antara tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat dan masyarakat secara umum. Penyuluhan ini dapat menjadi model bagi desa lain, karena sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dan menjaga harmonisasi antara hukum Islam dan tradisi lokal.

Penguatan Moralitas dengan Metode Learning By Doing TPQ Barokatul Hasan Lumajang

Morality is a major problem today. There are still lots of cases out there regarding the issue of morality itself. A lack of understanding about religion makes children or society consider the issue of morality to be a very trivial matter. The positive impact that might be felt is that teenagers can more easily obtain information related to the world of education, as well as the knowledge and provisions to differentiate and choose what is good and right. The aim of this research is how to shape children's morality at an early age level with the aim of forming good character through Al-Qur'an reading training activities using the learning by doing method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data triangulation. The results of this research are that children can apply the learning by doing method (learning followed by practice). And with this activity it can also be a guide for the community that the problems that occur around us, both in terms of morality and others, are the responsibility of all parties, not just the responsibility of some parties or certain parties.

ABSTRAK

Kegiatan mengenai penelitian terhadap perilaku masyarakat ataupun penerapan akhlakul karimah didesa pringgondani sebuah asistensi yang sudah menjadi kebiasaan masyarakat pringgondani dalam penerapan Akhlakul karimah yang mana penerapan akhlakul karimah masyarakat desa pringgondani sudah menjadi warisan turun temurun dari nenek moyang mereka (Transformatif). Dan adanya penelitian terhadap penerapan akhlak masyarakat pringgondani yang bersifat Transformatif ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kepada para pembaca betapa pentingnya dalam penerapan Akhlakul karimah dilingkungan masyarakat. Dan adanya praktik ataupun penerapan perilaku yang sudah di praktikkan oleh masyarakat desa pringgondani sudah menunjukkan bahwa desa pringgondani merupakan desa yang kaya akan akhlak terpuji yang mana akhlak mereka hadir bukan karena adanya Education ataupun pembelajaran mengenai penerapan Akhlakul karimah, melainkan sudah mengalir secara turun temurun (Transpormatif).

PENGEMBANGAN INOVASI, LABEL, LEGALITAS DAN PEMASARAN PRODUK KRIPIK BERBASIS IKAN LELE PADA USAHA KECIL MENENGAH (UKM) DI DESA KEJAYAN KECAMATAN PUJER KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO

Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Kejayan Village are diverse, starting from street vendors, hawkers and marketers of local products, most of the people are farmers, so that for their daily life many depend on farming products, which incidentally yields the harvest. within 3 to 4 months, some are passive freshwater fish cultivators (pokdakan) and some are still active today. It was from here that the KKN STAI Al-Maliki Posko 1 students took the initiative to be included in the Student Creativity Program (PKM) so that they could help more optimally in developing the businesses of fish cultivators such as Mr. Muzayyin et al. (Fish Farmers). The catfish processing and marketing system used by Mr. Muzayyin et al. currently it is considered very conventional and only relies on buyers from certain circles who are prioritized only to those who order it. Therefore, new ideas or strategies are needed in terms of Product Development, Innovation, Promotion, and distribution of products that are right on target, effective and efficient but produce encouraging sales, so that it is hoped that they can advance or improve the economy of all members and can increase the number of community workers as workers to support the economy in the village. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to develop innovation from catfish into catfish chips that are more delicious, varied and at competitive prices.

The Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims for development training in making catfish chips, marketing management training, training on how to make Business Identification Numbers (NIB) for Home Industry Food Permits (PIRT), and providing capital from BumDes. This PKM has been carried out for -+2 months, namely August to September2023. The community group in this PKM has a total of 8 members after the assistance is carried out, the hope is that it can grow by 80%. This community service program begins with an interview with the Chairperson of the Fish Farmers Association. After that, taking care of permits for related parties, preparing the material and non-material needed in the implementation of PKM, and preparing a coordinating team in PKM. Then an analysis was carried out, namely training assistance in making catfish crackers, marketing management training, training on how to make business licenses. The results of the PKM went smoothly, the openness of the catfish farmers in conveying problems and discussions regarding solutions to problems were well received. Currently, catfish cultivators know how to collaborate with other parties to market and improve online marketing so that catfish chips are better known and have more buyers.

DUALITAS PESANTREN: MENGGALI AKAR DAN IMPLIKASI KONFLIK ANTAR DUA KUBU

This service activity aims to increase harmony and friendship in the Nogosari village community through religious activities. The problem, the author found based on observations and interviews with several local residents, namely the lack of awareness among residents of harmony and the breakdown of long-standing friendship between fellow filleger due to several factors. The research model used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) wich involves research to apply information into action as a solution to existing problems. The result of the research show that there is an increase in harmony and closer ties between residents by holding religious activities or activityes and will be more optimal implemented regulary.
