Abstract

Morality is a major problem today. There are still lots of cases out there regarding the issue of morality itself. A lack of understanding about religion makes children or society consider the issue of morality to be a very trivial matter. The positive impact that might be felt is that teenagers can more easily obtain information related to the world of education, as well as the knowledge and provisions to differentiate and choose what is good and right. The aim of this research is how to shape children's morality at an early age level with the aim of forming good character through Al-Qur'an reading training activities using the learning by doing method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data triangulation. The results of this research are that children can apply the learning by doing method (learning followed by practice). And with this activity it can also be a guide for the community that the problems that occur around us, both in terms of morality and others, are the responsibility of all parties, not just the responsibility of some parties or certain parties.
