Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the managerial competence of teachers and education personnel at SMK Sabilil Muttaqin through training in performance-based human resource management (HRM). The main problems faced by the school include weak human resource management systems, suboptimal planning and evaluation of teacher performance, and a limited understanding of modern HRM principles. The activity was carried out through training, mentoring, and performance planning simulations. The results show an increase in participants’ understanding of performance management concepts by 85%, and their ability to develop individual work plans improved by 78%. This program has had a positive impact on improving teacher professionalism as well as the overall effectiveness of school management.
