ANALISIS MAQASHID SYARIAH TERKAIT TREN “SAD BEIGE MOM”

The sad beige mom trend refers to a minimalist parenting style and lifestyle characterized by neutral color palettes, simplicity, and a particular aesthetic within family life. However, it often reflects deep feelings of exhaustion, anxiety, and loneliness.This research adopts a qualitative-descriptive approach using literature review and content analysis methods to explore the relevance of this trend to the objectives of shariah (maqashid shariah). The findings indicate that the sad beige mom trend aligns with maqashid shariah in terms of simplicity (zuhud). However, the trend may conflict with maqashid shariah principles if it negatively affects the mental health of mothers or children due to social pressures to adhere to certain aesthetic standards.
