Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of work discipline on employee performance at Al Huda Plus Elementary School. A qualitative approach was used in this study with interview methods and direct observation of a number of employees and school management. The results of the study indicate that work discipline plays a significant role in shaping employee work ethic. Several indicators such as compliance with regulations, punctuality, and responsibility for tasks have a strong correlation with improving individual and organizational performance as a whole. However, there are also internal and external obstacles that affect the implementation of work discipline, such as organizational culture and personal motivation. This study provides recommendations for SD Plus Al Huda to strengthen the discipline system through routine training, increased communication, and consistent application of rewards and punishments. Thus, it is hoped that employee performance can be more optimal in supporting the school's vision and mission.
